The qualifiers include :
- Using only genuine Sharp OEM supplies and parts for all current models
- A focus on commitment to training – technicians must complete monochrome and color equipment training and maintain Gold certification in Sharp’s internal technician academy.
- Exceptional escalated call handling processes – technicians must follow procedures for escalating troublesome issues with Sharp’s dedicated support staff, and update all tickets in a timely manner. One of the criteria is placing Sharp hotline calls on-site to ensure the best chances of resolution
- Utilization of Sharp’s Machine Intelligence Call Assistance System, better known as MICAS, by registering devices on the platform. This data helps us to identify trends and issues in our devices while allowing dealers to be more proactive with their service activities.
Dealers can only achieve AAA Platinum level if they support Sharp’s full line of devices, including light production and A4 lineup and have at least one 3T trainer training on Sharp courses.
