I had the pleasure of working with Marisol and Walter today for our printing needs. We have had a few interactions with Platinum Copiers and all have been great, however Marisol and Walter went above and beyond and were very professional during the visit. We were having issues printing with color and not only did they fix that issue, but we are now set up to have our ink auto renewed when it gets low. That is a huge bonus for our company and we were not aware that capability was available for the printer. Andrea, Darryl, & Walter are all ROCK STARS in my book. They all demonstrated a level of professionalism that made our office copier replacement a 5-star experience that was handled with white-glove care. They even swept behind the old copier! There was no question that they could not answer or any situation they could not efficiently resolve. They were like the Godfather of copiers...just like that, it was taken care of...no problem...
