Platinum Copier Solutions was founded in 2007 by Kimberly Gonzalez, a seasoned professional in the copier and office equipment industry. Kimberly began her career at just 19 years old, selling Xerox copiers and steadily building her expertise in document systems and office technology. Though she didn’t know it at the time, those early years would spark a lifelong passion that led to the creation of her own company. As her knowledge deepened and her vision expanded, Kimberly took the leap to start Platinum Copier Solutions—today, she remains its 100% Owner and driving force.

To provide only the highest-quality equipment and services, Kimberly strategically aligned Platinum Copier Solutions with Sharp®, becoming an authorized provider and exclusive distributor. While many companies diversify their hardware brands, Platinum chose to specialize. This singular focus on Sharp® has allowed the team to become unmatched experts in their field, offering tailored service and exceptional device support.

What began as a local operation has grown into a trusted name across Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Beamont and surrounding counties, with nationwide shipping and a network of certified dealers.
