OMG!!! Andrea Shinn from Platinum Copier Solutions is the GREATEST! Salem UMC not only received a new copy machine, but we received it in record time. My new sales rep Andrea Shinn called me and I inquired to her about getting a new machine. Andrea she set up meet and greet etc. The whole experience was wonderful and smooth. Andrea was amazing , within hours she set up a meeting, quote in hand and signed etc. Also she was training a new person as well which was very nice to witness as well. I had the pleasure of working with Marisol and Walter today for our printing needs. We have had a few interactions with Platinum Copiers and all have been great, however Marisol and Walter went above and beyond and were very professional during the visit. We were having issues printing with color and not only did they fix that issue, but we are now set up to have our ink auto renewed when it gets low. That is a huge bonus for our company and we were not aware that capability was available for the printer. Both of them are great assets to the company and Platinum Copiers is a better company with them there.
